Atta, rice, daal, masala, dairy and fresh produce — pack sizes and prices listed plainly, so you can fill the trolley without working out which tin is the better deal.
Groceries are bought on trust: that the milk is fresh, that the date on the packet has not passed, and that the price is the same today as it was last week. We track every delivery as its own batch with its own expiry, and sell the oldest in-date stock first — so what reaches you is what should reach you.
Every pack size is listed as its own item with its own price, because "large" is not a size and a 5kg bag is not five 1kg bags. Nothing past its date is sold, at the counter or online.
Anything that arrives damaged, leaking or past its date is replaced or refunded — tell us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. Fresh produce, dairy, frozen items and opened packets cannot be returned once accepted, for the same food-safety reason you would expect of any grocer. Sealed, in-date packaged goods can be returned within 3 days.
